Becky Justice-Hemmann, Business Partner/Business Development

Becky Justice-Hemmann is no stranger to owning her own business. In 1986 Becky successfully operated Arbonne International, a skin care and cosmetics company out of her home. A few years later she found a better opportunity with a company called Natural World, until of course, the CEO decided that HE didn’t want to continue operations anymore. Becky was left with no other choice but to work get a real job! She took a job with the Loveland Daily Reporter-Herald as special projects coordinator. When the Reporter-Herald eliminated that department, Becky knew that this was her chance to be her own boss once again. She started MI to publish local Chamber of Commerce’s monthly newsletters and annual directories in February of 2003. MI has since expanded into a full service advertising, marketing and public relations agency. Becky has three children and one grandchild (and another on the way)! Becky's husband's name is Rudy.

Robb Justice, Business Partner/CFO

After studying and playing a few years of college basketball at Fort Lewis University in Durango, Robb went on to begin a twelve year career in telecommunications. In September 2001, Robb took a severance package, just before the historic “Fall of Enron”… he and several of his Enron co-workers started a new company in Portland, OR, where he was living at the time, doing what they were doing for Enron. He was the Senior Vice President of Business Development and his new company was doing great. But when he found out that he was going to be a father, Robb and his wife, Michelle, who is also from Loveland, decided to come back to Colorado where their families live. He sold his part of the new company, sold the house, packed up his family—new baby, dog, two cats and came home.
